Hello me and my fiancee are pretty desperate as we have a fully booked trip for tomorrow to Canada from Spain and since we applied for the eTa the 1st of December my fiancee is still waiting for an approval of her eTa. Mine was approved right away but I don't know why hers isn't. She has no records, has never had any difficulty to enter any country and we both did every step the same way.
If tried to call to the embassy, both, the Canadian and the Spanish, tried with the inmigration office and border authorities and everybody refers me to the web form of the official eTa web which I also submitted.
We are so desperate thinking we will waste our holidays and loose so much money.
Can anyone help us with this?
We have even tried with one of this scam sites that offer urgent eTas...
Any advice would be so preciated.
Thank you.

This is a volunteer forum, not a government site. The Canadian government tells you not to book a trip without an approved EITA. Is your fiancée a Spanish citizen, and has she (or her family) ever applied for a Canadian or any visa before and been rejected. All you can do is contact through webform. You can try through a VPN to call IRCC but they are telephone agents, not officers and cannot expedite or make a decision on the file. They may be able to tell the status of the file.

Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do apart from submitting the web form. Most eTAs are processed immediately however a small percentage require secondary review for a variety of possible reasons which can take significantly longer. Unfortunately you cannot board the plane without the approved eTA so I would recommend contacting the airline to see if there's any refund or credit available if you cannot make the flight tomorrow. As said above, no one here is a government official so none of us can help, apart from offering advice. Embassies cannot expedite processing.

Thank you both for your answers, none of her family members have ever traveled to Canada nor denied the entry in any country. She is Spanish. I guess there must be some issue with the information we have provided, maybe a mismatch in the address provided by us and the information they have.. I don't know, the thing is that we are not going to travel and will loose a lot of money, I cannot understand how they don't even tell you what's wrong. We should have looked this in advance before booking everything, I know, but we expected things to go smoother. It's such a pitty we where so enthusiastic about visiting Canada :(

That is unfortunate. I am sorry. With any application if there is any error, even a birthdate, then it will take longer.
