Not as Permanent Resident, your IELTs score is too low, minimum of 6 in each module.

please provide more information so you can get help.

Basically i have completed my 10 in the year 2011 with 75% and 10+2 in the year 2013 with 80% . so i have written ielts twice and both the time i got 5.5 overall, listening-6, reading-5.5,writing-5.5 and speaking-5.5.
i have take the admission in Seneca college with esl programe. so can you pl z tell me can i get visa based on this situation.and by the way
in this one year i have done one year diploma course in mechanical engineering in design,plz reply me

well if you already have been admitted to the college for their ESL program with your current score then your next step is to apply for a student permit,its up to immigration canada to decide if you should be granted a visa or not...in my opinion your score is low for studying in canada but who knows since you will be taking an ESL course.
i suggest you post this under the education stream in this forum,you should be able to get help there since most of the members are international students studying or intending to study in canada.
