For ESL course chances are less, improve your English get a higher IELTS score and then apply for some University degree...........

Where are you from ? If you are from Pakistan, chances are minuscule/very small.

I am also from Pakistan... I didnt take IELTS, I got the visa , tho i have to take ESL. IELTS is not required for visa, its the requirement of University...... VO wana check if you are rich or not -D

Exactly , your bank statements should be huge should have properties in your country.
