Hi All - Need your help here.
I graduated from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) in 2005. At that time DCE was not an independent University but was under the University of Delhi (DU) umbrella.
My question is whether I should approach University of Delhi to obtain my transcripts from this period? Or do I need to approach DCE (now Delhi Technological University) for the transcripts?
Please advise on this and thanks in advance for your help.
