Error- Withdrawn Status on my Child’s Proof of Citizenship

I just checked the status of my child’s proof of citizenship (born outside Canada), it appeared “withdrawn” although I didn’t request nor contact IRCC about withdrawing the application.

Is there anyone who have experienced this? I am so confused and concerned right now.
