Error while signing up and signing in - IRCC Portal

Anyone else get this error?

“There were issues submitting your form. Request failed. Please try again later”

Been doing this for past 3 hours. First it wouldn’t validate the code properly. Form wouldn’t change screen. When I ask for a new code, it says email has been confirmed.

then I change the password, and it keeps looping into same.

The same thing is happening to me as well. I've been getting the error message:
