Error while linking parent/grandparent application

Hi All,

I am not able to link the parent/grandparent application into the gc key account created for this purpose. I tried multiple times but same result.
I need to link the application in order to upload the police clearance certificate, biometric results.

Please advise on how to resolve it? do I need to call any number?

If I cannot link the account, how can I send these documents?
