Error on confirmation of permanent residence.

I got my passport today.But in that confirmation of permanent residence form ,they attached my photo on my husbands form ,and his photo on mine.
What should i do now. Please advise.

Contact the office that processed your file - they are usually responsible for correcting errors. They may tell you that you need to send it back to them to re-issue, or they may tell that it can be corrected landing. Nonetheless contact them as soon as to let them know what happened. If you try to land, and even if you land properly, this might end up having your PR cards printed incorrectly. Best to fix it now rather than later.

Wouldn't hurt to contact the call centre and see what they say, but don't expect much.
