Error on a page

I made a mistake on one of the form. Instead of 2012, it was typed as 2013. I already submit the form and it is still in Mississauga. Can anyone please tell me, how can I resolve this issue?

It rather depends on which form it is... If it's a sponsor form, it might already be too late to inform CPC-M. On the other hand, if it's an applicant form, you will have the opportunity, once you have the UCI and File number, to email them and/or send an updated form using those reference details to the assigned Visa Office.

That's Spouse questionnaire form which normally refer in my spouse country. Do you think, i can send an email after I receive the AOR?

That's probably best. Send a Case Specific Enquiry to whichever visa office the application is forwarded to and ask them what you should do.
