Error in PCC

I work in UAE and recently got ITA. My wife & I applied for UAE PCC and got it. While going through my wife's PCC, we realized that the "Passport place of issue" is mentioned incorrectly ('UAE' instead of 'Chennai'). We are trying to figure out how to fix this..but I just wanted to ask if anyone has faced a similar issue?

In case it takes long to fix this issue, is it possible to stick with this PCC and add an explanation in LOE?

if you have applied for Good conduct certificate through Dubai Police mobile app, then you can raise a call back request from Dubai Police call centre, give reference number and make a request to send you an updated PCC with correct info.

I did it using Ministry Of Interior website..Already spoke to them and they say that I need to talk to Immigration dept because the 'Place Of Issue' data in the PCC comes from them..talked to immigration dept and they want us to approach via our company PRO..all said, looks like it might take a while..just wondering if there was a way to just explain it using LOE (since all other details are correct and match the passport)..

If you ask me, M a bit paranoid about such documents as it should be correct. Pls route this issue through your PRO as they have contacts in immigration and they can get it done much faster.. if you have time to submit documents I would su

Thanks @swsood1686, have initiated a request with my PRO..will delay things a bit since the official company signatory is travelling..but I guess its better to be safe than sorry..

Can someone tell me if I there is another additional step after I get the Certificate of Conduct from UAE or I can submit that as soon as I receive the certificate?

There is no other step. Simply upload the certificate in PCC Column
