Error in Name

In the form of IM5257e, by the mistake I wrote Given name on the Family name & family name on the Given Name?

1. Is it a major issue?
2. Will it be rectify & how?
3. Usually biometric letter comes within 24 hours days, in my case it has passed 48 hours.what should I do now?

Send them a webform along with the updated form attached.
Don't worry about the biometrics letter. Just give it some more time.
