I came to Canada about 4 years ago on study permit. I got my visa documents filled by an authorized immigration consultant and I just realized that she did not mention one of my brothers' names in the family information sheet (IMM5645E). It was my mistake not to read the document carefully before signing it. But now that I realize the mistake, I was wondering if there are any correction forms that could be filled to correct the error. Basically, I would like to know the process to make corrections to family information form. I also hope CIC doesn't see this error as misrepresentation of my status and take any drastic action - such as asking me to leave Canada. Please advise.
