Error in ECA Report By CES

I have done all the pre-reqs for Express Entry. However the ECA report issued by CES has wrong institute name. I checked my application. I had submitted right name along with degrees and stuff. This appears to be a typo. I have tried to call them and email them but cant get a response. Any idea what would be a right way to get through to them.

Further, should I wait to apply for express entry until this is sorted or can I apply

Wes spelt my name incorrectly. I emailed them and they asked me to send all the documents again and they have restarted the entire process. You have to email them and they respond in 3-4 days.
