I'm trying to apply for extension of my study permit
But when I try to upload the IMM5709e form, it said error description: the version of the document submitted is no longer accepted
Even thou I used the most recent one, which is on their website, and stated: Jan 2024. I even opened and edited it in Adobe Acrobat, the latest version as well (I reinstall the app), and I even have the bar codes confirming me that the validation is successful.
I'm so lost, can someone help me please?
