Equivalency of PGDOM from IGNOU

I have done my PG Diploma in Operations Management from IGNOU (1 year), from which body can I get an ECA equivalency of Masters for my degree.. please help

It's not a degree or master degree.

You can try IQAS. I don't suggest you to try WES.

Will I get atleast PG Diploma equivalency from WES ? I already have a 4 years bachelor's equivalency for my bachelor's degree from wes.

I'm not sure. You can try Google some articles, I saw one comparing different ECA bodies, and WES is quite strict on Indian credentials. IQAS is generous.
