Equivalence of ACCA degree and Work Experience

Hi,

I started my ACCA course right after 12th (Post - Secondary Schooling) and completed by professional papers in August 2013. I received my membership in November 2016 post completion of 3 years work experience.
I have the following questions:

1. What is the equivalence of ACCA in Canadian Education System ?
2. Will my 3 year work experience be counted for Express Entry points purpose as I have started working post completion of all exams?

Please help, I am completely confused...
