I had done B.Com. (2-Years) and then I had done MCS (Master in Computer Science) (2-Years) degree program. Is this equivalent Masters in Canada.

I have 14 years experience for Software development & ERP Implementation experience.

Is this equivalent to 16 years education program in Canada.

Most likely its is not equivalent to Masters degree as your Undergraduate program is of 2 years only.
