just go to your bank and get a statement. i googled epfo it said employee office, what does that have to do with a bank?

It's not a bank, it is provident fund organisation

Yes They do. I saw some post on this forum and few of them successfully submitted it. To support it you can add on below documents

1) IN LOE explain that as per EPF act it is available once you get the visa

2) Try to get letter from employer that so and so account and UCI number belongs to you and statement attached with, (and and online statement)

3) Attached UAN card dowloaded from website.

I used it for Ontario and currently my file is with CIC, no query till date.
