EPF as Pof - Unable to download statement from EPFO website

I want to show my EPF as PoF. I logged in to the EPFO website to get my UAN card and Passbook. I can see my UAn card but when I want to view the passbook, I am getting the message "Passbook not available as pertain to exempted establishment (i.e. Trust)".

Can anyone please help how can I get the account balance certificate and the account statement for the same?
 
You have to get POF from your bank as written statement which must follow strict CIC rules, online downloaded statement as POF means rejected application as I have seen in the past.
