Envelope Size Requirements /Expresspost vs. FedEx

Hi,

1.Is it compulsory to send the application in 23 cm X 30.5 cm sized envelope?? As nothing fits in and I would'nt fold all the "100" pages....

2.Is it true that by Expresspost (mail) you can send only 500 gramms...anyone used FedEx when sending the application?

a 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9" x 12") envelope is larger than page size (8.5" x 11")- they DON'T want you to fold the application.

You might want to re-think your application if it's too heavy for an Expresspost envelope. The CEC application is supposed to be SIMPLE (relatively speaking).
