Entry qualification Master program for recognized university

I am going to start the POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT course in CIMT college in Ontario (DLI NUMBER - O19304117342) with IELTS 6.0 and each band not less than 5.5. After completion of this course can I register for the Master program for recognized university without IELTS?
After the completion of the master program do I eligible for PGWP ??
