Entry level jobs for someone with a Bachelor in Commerce

Hi,
My wife has a Master of Commerce which is equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor of Commerce. She's currently in the market for job. We're trying to figure out what entry levels job will be ideal to start things of. She's interested in Accounting and Financial Analysis. I understand that the CPA or CFA are certifications which will benefit her but they do require work experience. Can someone please share some advice or their story on how they got their foot into the door in Canada in these fields?

Depending on where you live then look at networking/associations meetings for her field. Maybe bank teller.

Extremely tough job market to get into especially at the moment. Many Canadian grads also looking for jobs in similar fields and places like banks are not doing a lot of hiring and most downsizing these days.
