I was wondering can I land with expired COPR and visa counterfoil (validity extended on AL) , and an Authorization Letter from IRCC?

My COPR is post March 18 but somehow received AL last Friday... We don't have any family members in Canada.

That will depend on your country of residence and if they have exit controls (where they check the visas and documents of all outgoing passengers). If there are no exit controls, and the airlines allows you to board, then you can. When you land in Canada you can ask the cBSA officer to issue you a renewed COPR and stamp it.

Did you validate this info about pr cards?

@legalfalcon I have been told that post 18th March 2020 dated COPR's are not getting PR cards even they land right now??

If I am to travel with my AL as COPR holder (with COPR dated Nov 2020) will my PR be validated and will I get my PR card????
