Entering with US born

Hi,

I am in need of urgent information. If any one experienced it pls advice.

I and my husband are PR holders and wish to settle down in canada. We have 10 month baby who is US citizen. My question is
1. Can she enter canada on her US passport as tourist while we enter as PR holders. After 6 months I can take her to India while my husband can stay in canada and sponsor her visa
2. Do we need to fill any forms or inform CIC prior.

You should only sponsor the child if you're compliant with your RO. Will you both be compliant with your RO if you go to India?
