I'm right now in Canada, however I need to make a quick visit to a relative back home, and I will be back in a couple of weeks. Does anybody know if I will be able to re-enter Canada due to COVID-19?

Yes - you'll be able to re-enter. You will have to enter a mandatory 14 day quarantine when you return.
