Hi,
I'm planing to immigrate to Canada and after an assessment session with a consultant he advised to apply as a skilled worker with my wife since we are both mechanical engineers (grafuated from Lebanon) with 5 years relevant work experience.

However, i am planing to go there and prepare a masters in aerospace engineering while my wife would be the income provider.

Is there any rule in the program or in the country that prohibits me from proceeding with my studies if i immigrate as a skilled worker?

No - there's no such rule. You can study.
