Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
hello again everybody,

i hope you all doing good. So i am applying next week for my second visitor visa extension. I am still a little bit worried if its better to apply next week for only 6 months instead of the full 1 year and reapply after the 6 months again, or to apply right away for the full 1 year, i dont know if CIC approves 6 months easier then 1 year.

And what if my visa extension is not approved and i must leave in Mai. In April we will send our common law declaration, we want to start an inland PR application. Would the CBSA officers let me back in after i was here for 1 year ? when i have to leave, i would stay for a few months in my homecountry and work and would come back to start all the PR app process.

thanks

apply for 6 months visa...for how long was your previous visa? if they deny u dont worry u can apply outland

my last one was for 6 months. I thought i put as extension reason this time, that we want to await together the PR application process, which we can start in april because then we live for 1 year without interruption together.

u should consult a lawyer and see if its possible

if i would ask my lawyer it would cost me 200 $ for answering those 2 questions and i think a lawyer can not really answer me that questions, the experts here have more experience in cic questions, which is the reason i rather ask here.
