Hi. I'm from Europe, Spain. The last 4 months I've been in Canada studying an English as Second Language program in a University, without student VISA, as a visitor. Now, I'm in my country and for the next semester I'm requesting a student VISA, but it can take more than 1 month and I should be back in Canada for the winter semester the first week of January. Taking into account that my program is no longer than 6 months, Could I go as a visitor again, with my ID Card from the university and the admission letter while I wait for the VISA or could I have any problems?
