Is the proof of education loan compulsory for spp student visa??? Wot if i don't have an education loan..?? Somebody help me with sum info......

Under SPP you do not need to take student loan, rather submit $10,000 CAD in Scotia bank and get a GIC.
The amount is transferred (on monthly bases) into a newly formed account in your name at Scotia bank once you land in Canada.
