I am planing to apply under Industrial Electrician category, Can anybody explain me at what stage they contact employer for experience enquiry. Is it after submitting initial application OR after submitting Docs.????Do they enquire on telephone or personally pay visit to the company???? Plzzzz help me!!!

2. It depends, they may accept the experience letter, they may phone or someone may visit.
