Enquiry related to higher studies

Dear sir,
I have completed my bachelors in 2017 and masters in 2019 through open schooling(external) by Gujarat university.
Also i got Ielts scores with Each 6 and Overall 6.
Now i want to migrate canada for higher studies. So this band scores and open school should be eligible to move to Canada.
