Enquiry on Proof of Fund

Hello here, I have $12,500 (the whole of my POF) with my company. I requested my salary be saved for me till I'm ready to leave, which they agreed to. Now, I hope to get ITA soon, and when I get it, I plan to request the money be transferred to me. Now, because the money would be in bulk, would I need to show the company's account statement? Or would a letter of explanation be enough?

If the company can give you a letter explaining why they transferred the bulk funds to your account it will be sufficient together with your own bank statement showing when the money came in.
