Enquiry of MPNP documents

Hi all,
Thanks for reading my inquiry. I would like to ask about something which related to mpnp documents ( Education part)

in my country, we were only received a transcript rather than a certificate in high school, but mpnp system requires us to upload both of transcripts and graduation certificate . Do anyone had any recommendations what should I do?

Yes, instead of uploading the certificate, create and upload an explanation letter and let them know that the school doesn't issue a certificate and the information can be found on your transcript. I had the same issue, sent the letter and they accepted it. Good luck!
