Enquiries about work permit application. Need help.

My name is azmal hossain . I have applied for work permit through agent. I received a mail from immigration that my visa application has been approved. But here is mention that i have to pay for my 4 year health insurance fee which is 2016 cad .my agent telling me i have to pay it but as far i know i dont have to pay for anything . i am a bit confused that is that a legal site or not and do i really have to pay for the insurance. He made a application in ircc website but i am confused is this a real site or not .i need your help .here i am attaching my profile please have a look .and please let me know is this authentic or not .and i got a job offer letter too i attaching that too .your soonest reply will be highly appreciated.

It's a scam. The job is fake. The web sites are also fake.

Health care is free in Canada for people who come on work permits. There is no fee.

Can’t read files. Take out passport number. If asking for money then you are being scammed.
