Hello members,

I was thinking of making this post to advise and help those who are eligible yet didn't have the luck to submit their application for both intakes.

Those who got a valid job for English speaking only in Quebec with no French langue required, kindly share your experience on how you got the job.
It seems its not easy to find a job in QC where French isn't required.

Which region/city in QC has the best chance for potential applicants to get an English speaking job.

Yours consideration is highly appreciated

Hope you can share your experience and provide any assistance.

Some areas of Montreal are more English-speaking than others. Generally, the West part of the city is more English-speaking, and the East side is more French.

since those are mainly the western suburbs, where there ain't much to see, and as mentioned, almost everyone speaks English anyway. don't forget that it means little in daily life, since so many people are bilingual and even multilingual.

If you particularly want to see a more English side of Montréal, I'd say check out Avenue Greene in Westmount (Atwater métro), Monkland by Villa Maria métro, Queen Mary by Snowdon métro, or Sherbrooke West so around Vendome métro. These are little neighbourhood streets with some shopping and restaurants and are more interesting to wander around than the boring suburban sprawl of the West Island.
