English Proficiency Proof via Bootcamp

We, my wife and I, are about to apply for citizenship. I have my IELTS but my wife doesn't have any english exam result currently. She graduated from a web development Lighthouse Labs Bootcamp a couple of years back in Canada. We are not sure if this diploma can be used as a proof. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thank you

Bootcamp won't work. Does she not have any degree done in English?
