I was the main applicant when applied for Skill Migration aso i have an IELTS (General) test of 2010 and would like to know that does my wife who has done Master of English in Pakistan requires a Level 4 Language test or IELTS (General) or is she exempted of English Language Test as she is holding a Master of English degree from Pakistan. Please guide

She does not have to take a language test. However if she does and achieves a minimum score, this will add points to your express entry profile.

I already got the Canadian PR and spent 4 years and now going to apply Citizenship so my wife who has Master of English Degree from Pakistan so does she require to pass the English language test or is the Master of English degree acceptable?

So clarify you AND your wife are applying for citizenship, you are not applying just to sponsor your wife for PR ? It is not clear what you are asking, which stage you are at for your wife.
