English Language School: Study permit/visa and Parent Super Visa?

Hi Guys,

Quick question, does my Father need a study permit/visa to attend English Language School in Canada if he already has Parent Super Visa?

If he does need a study permit/visa. Where should I apply for it, how long will it take to get it and how much does it cost?

No he can do a course of up to 6 months with out a student visa. He could just to course after course for the two years.
