Would a BSc certificate of an English program from overseas work if it does not say explicitly that the study was in English?

It has the following written on top of the certificate, though:

Faculty of Commerce
English Program

Is this enough?

Was your BSc completed all or primarily in the English language (i.e. all courses that are part of your BSc)? If so, then yes.

All study throughout the entire program was in English, but the only thing that mentioned this is the title I highlighted above. It is not mentioned explicitly that "study was in English" or something like this.

We submitted the certificate and transcript from overseas. Application is still being processed, so not sure if it worked.
