how can a qualified oil & gas engineer on a supervisa still work in Canada ?

It is illegal to work while in Canada on a super visa. If that person wants to work, they will have to obtain a work permit.

To obtain a work permit, the person will need to obtain a job offer from an employer in Canada, that employer will then have to obtain an approved LMO and then the person will have to apply for a work permit. There is no guarantee the work permit will be approved.
