how does the employment verification process work in Egypt for express entry ? Does the Canadian embassy take extra steps to verify employment history of applicants?

The verification process is more or less the same for each country. Sometimes they will call your employer to verify - sometimes not. Sometimes they will even visit the business in person.

Would they visit the business even if I don’t work there any more, I’m asking because I worked in small company with high employee turnover so chances are very few employees would recognize my name or photo if presented to them for verification excluding the business owner of course.
