Hello,

So I was denied TRV some months ago based on "Employment Situation" ( I work in a family business but part time.)

I failed to fill in my full time employment as an Admin Officer during my TRV application for over 3years because I was advised that stating I work in my family business will give me a stronger home tie.

Now I'm about to create an EE profile and will like to claim points with only my full time employment as an Admin officer. Will not stating my full time employment during TRV application affect my EE application as I'm planning on claiming points with it?

Thank you for your response.

Because you are already in the system, IRCC officer will check your previous file for what was in that. It can be construed as misrepresentation by the IRCC (which can result in a 5 year entry ban) if there are notable discrepancies in both of your files. I would recommend that you seek consultation by a seasoned immigration lawyer and not through a consultant, before you go ahead with your EE profile. Canadavisa.com and askkubeir.com have very good seasoned immigration lawyers.

The assumption would be that the admin job you are trying to claim points for is fake, as there was no reason to lie about it in the first app and every reason to lie about it in the second app.
