Hi,
I have received a letter of interest from Ontario. From 2016 to 2018, I have worked under the NOC code which Ontario is looking for. So I am fulfilling the basic requirements. Now my question is, I am working for a new employer since July 2019 and I am note sure if I have to mention this new job as well? It will be very difficult to explain to my employer why I need his employment reference letter, considering that I am working with him for only a couple of months and I am worried that if Ontario contacts him the work relationship will drastically worsen. Since I am fulfilling the requirements already with my previous job I am not sure if it is even worth it to mention the current job. Is it mandatory to mention every job?
Thank you very much!
Sindy
