Hi, I have a quick question regarding employment reference letter. My Supervisor has given me a reference letter, however, he also adds an English name (Jeffrey) after my legal name which I was commonly called during working place.
for example. My legal name(first + last), Jeffrey appears on the first page, And on the second page of the letter in which he listed out all my job duties, he refereed me as Jeffrey + my last name.
My question is: If my legal name is already mentioned in the first page. Do I have to provide an LOE to explain why such name (Jeffrey + my last name) appears on the second page of the letter?
