Hello members!

I have received an ITA under CEC. I only have one job, which is the current job. I used this job to get my CRS points too. I didn't claim any points for a valid job offer under LMIA.
In my eAPR, it asks for Employment Records. I know the pay stubs are not mandatory, but I would like to include mine.

Is Record of Employment a valid one? Will it confuse the immigration officer because people usually receive ROE when they lose a job and apply for EI?
I have other payment statements, but it's.... 25 pages (every payment is 1 page) that I have to submit. I am just thinking what the better choice is.

Thanks everyone.

It refers to you work experience letter, a statement on company letterhead from someone who has the power to hire and fire you giving your start (and end, if applicable) date, salary, standard working hours and a complete description of your job duties, which need to exactly mirror the Lead Statement and comprise most of the Main Duties from the NOC description of your position.

Do you think this is a good reference letter for a software developer NOC 2174?

<-- Company Letter Head -->
I am writing to confirm that X is currently employed as a Software Developer (NOC 2174) at Company Y on a full-time permanent basis of 37.5 hours per week since May 27th, 2019.
X's main duties are:
 Developing new strategic web applications
 Maintaining existing applications by making modifications as required
 Participating in the research and development of new applications for Artificial Intelligence
 Assisting in the collection and documentation of user requirements
X’s current salary is $130,000 annually, plus benefits and 20 days of paid vacation per year. X took a vacation with my approval from September 7th to September 29th, paid in full through a combination of accrued vacation time and banked hours.
X first came to Company Y as a co-op student, and his exemplary performance and dedication during that initial co-op experience encouraged us to pursue his eventual full time employment. During his now more than a year of full-time employment with Company Y, X has consistently continued to demonstrate the same exceptional attributes we first noticed during his co-op period with us.
X is considered a very valuable asset to Company Y, who without fail goes beyond his years of experience to deliver with exceptional quality. He demonstrates a high-level of professionalism and an extreme dedication to advancing his own skills and knowledge to more effectively execute on his duties.

The following is unnecessary:

And I haven't memorised the Main Duties of the NOC, but if the letter matches most of them then it appears to contain the required elements of a work experience letter.

I really appreciate your feedback. Iwill ask my manager to see if he can remove the unnecessary part!
