HI all,

I have received ita on nov 15th. all my docs are ready and uploaded all the docs but not submitted.

applied under CEC caterogy

i have experience in India for 2 yrs which i have claimed points for. but my problem now is that i have only offer letter, salary increment letter thats it. sadly that company is now not operational.do i have to explain that in LOE and upload that in my application or just offer letter nd revised salary letter is sufficient?
If LOE is included and i explain my situation ,will the visa officer takes it in positive way will processing my docs or will that be a negative impact on my file..?

Explain the situation in a LoE, and attach everything you have that could possibly prove the job was legit. Paystubs, offer letters, emails, your former manager's information, etc.

surely even if the company is defunct, they must have issued payslips, etc. you have reported that income in your tax filings as well i assume.
