Employment Record change post ITA

I have total work experience of 9 years from four companies. It has been six months in the current company so around 8.5 from last three companies.
I have got the employer reference letter from last three companies but unable to get it from the current one.
So I can see two options below. Need you advise for the same.
1. Provide notarized declaration from someone in the current company (this also is a difficult task as I am new here but surely can try)
2. Delete this current employment from the profile as having it wont impact any points.
