Hi all, currently in the pool, and was planning on getting my job letter from current employee if ever invited. However for pnp such as sinp u need it instantly, so my question is, if I ever get an ITA and I grt my work letter now, does it matter how old the the employment letter is? Cheers

You could use the same letter of employment for both pnp and cic. It won't take more than 6 months between your nomination from sinp and an ITA received, so you should be good (I'm assuming the letter shoud be issued within the last 6 months, even though I never read anything stating this).
