Employment letter specifics

I would be applying for a spouse visit visa soon. I am wondering if there are any specifics in the employment letter we need to ask the employer to include? or is it a general employment letter? Are pay stubs required too? Also, if i am currently studying, would just the admission letter suffice as proof of home ties or do I need to get anything else from my educational institution?

She is applying for a TRV? No such thing as spouse visit visa. Her employment letter should include how long she has worked there and her approved leave for xx weeks. She can include pay stubs. How does your going to school prove home ties for her? It doesn’t.

hi, i am back home and i meant to say that if i am studying back home,would the admission letter suffice as proof of home ties for me who is apply for TRV (not my husband) or do I need to get anything else from my educational institution?

If you are studying and the one travelling, then you can show that as proof. Include tuition receipts, registration etc.
