Employment Letter Saudi Arabia

Do the employment letter should be attested from Chamber of Commerce (Ghurfa Tijariya) or just the company hr manager signature and stamp would be enough. Normally in Saudi Arabia we have to get these type of letters attest from Chamber of Commerce (Ghurfa Tijariya)?

What do the CIC requirements say? If they don't specifically require you to attest your employment letter then you should be fine with just the HR manager signature and stamp. Check the CIC website for Saudi Arabia.
